💥 Main Characters (Core Cast)

1. Nyra Kapoor – Protagonist
- Age: 26 
- Profession: Medical Intern at St. Jude’s Hospital 
- Traits: Strong-willed, empathetic, fiercely independent, slightly impulsive 
- Arc: Starts as a normal intern; gets tangled in a dangerous mafia world; forced to question her ethics, safety, and eventually, her heart. 
- Backstory: Grew up in Mumbai; lost her father young (a police officer), raised by a single mother.

2. Adrian Moretti– Mafia Prince
- Age: 30 
- Profession: Heir to the Moretti crime family empire (international mafia with a presence in Italy) 
- Traits: Cold, calculating, powerful, loyal to a fault, deeply wounded emotionally 
- Arc: Starts out seeing Nyra as just someone who saved his life. As she becomes more entangled in his world, he finds himself falling for her—against all logic and danger. 
- Backstory: Sent to Italy to handle a betrayal within the family’s ranks. Hides a traumatic past and a softer side that only Nyra slowly uncovers.

Best Friends (Support Squad)

3. Aanya Mehta – Nyra’s Best Friend (Roommate & Support System)
- Age: 27 
- Profession: Fashion Designer, independent, artsy soul 
- Traits: Bubbly, dramatic, protective of Nyra, secretly harbors pain from a past relationship 
- Arc: Begins as comic relief and emotional anchor for Nyra. May get suspicious of Nyra’s double life. Possible side romance with one of Adrian’s bodyguards later on.

4. Kabir Shah– Nyra’s Best Friend (from Med School)
- Age: 28 
- Profession: Junior Surgeon at the same hospital 
- Traits: Witty, rational, sometimes jealous of Nyra’s “mystery man,” harbors feelings for her 
- Arc: Starts off as her support and moral compass; may become a source of tension if he learns the truth about Adrian. Could be a love triangle component.

The Mafia Side (Shadows & Allies)

5. Luca Romano – Adrian’s Right-Hand Man
- Age: 35 
- Profession: Mafia Enforcer 
- Traits: Stoic, loyal, extremely dangerous when provoked 
- Arc: Sees Nyra as a liability at first, but begins to respect her strength. Could develop chemistry with Aanya.

6. Don Salvatore Moretti – Adrian’s Father (The Don)
- Age: 60s 
- Profession: Head of the Moretti Mafia Family 
- Traits: Charismatic, terrifying, old-school mafia patriarch 
- Arc: Disapproves of Nyra; sees her as a threat to the family’s operations. May test her loyalty later.

7. Devraj “Dev” Mehra – Italy Mafia Rival
- Age: 40s 
- Profession: Crime Lord of Mumbai 
- Traits: Ruthless, corrupt, politically connected 
- Arc: Enemy to both Adrian and Nyra. Might try to use Nyra to get to Adrian.

8. Sunita Kapoor – Nyra’s Mother

Traits: Resilient, nurturing, and unaware of Nyra’s involvement in the mafia world

Arc: Overprotective of Nyra due to the loss of her husband. May later discover Nyra's secret and face a difficult choice between protecting her daughter or exposing the truth.

9. Meera Moretti – Adrian’s Mother (Indian Origin)

Traits: Graceful, intelligent, composed but emotionally distant

New Arc: Unlike Don Salvatore, Meera sees Nyra as a reflection of her younger self. She silently supports Nyra and Adrian’s bond, believing love can humanize even the darkest souls. Over time, she becomes a quiet but powerful ally to Nyra within the Moretti empire.
